We're taking a break - we'll begin sending orders out again from 3rd January 2024.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer the option to pay by Debit Card or Credit Card and accept both Mastercard and Visa Debit and Credit Cards. We also accept American Express and Paypal.
Postage & packing
We offer the following options -
2nd class - dispatch within 1-5 working days plus add 2-5 days for delivery (by Royal Mail or courier) .
Express - dispatch by next working day plus add 1-3 days for delivery (by Royal Mail or courier)
1st Class with tracking - dispatch by next working day and add 1-3 days for delivery by Royal Mail or courier.
WHEN ORDERING, PLEASE ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR DELIVERY. IF YOU REQUIRE AN ITEM BY A SPECIFIC DATE THEN PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE 2nd CLASS DELIVERY UNLESS YOU ARE ORDERING A COUPLE OF WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
Email us at hello@spurteam.com with your order number and the date required by.
If an item is personalised or is made to order (e.g. mugs), we aim to dispatch in 5-10 working days.
If you want to order a personalised item on Express or Courier delivery, you should email us first with the date by which you need delivery and we'll advise if we can dispatch in time.
1st class with tracking option - we now offer the option to select delivery with tracking. We will give your order priority and despatch as soon as we can. The added benefit of this option is tracking of your delivery. However, it does not guarantee delivery any quicker than comparable options, i.e. Express option.
DELIVERY DELAYS - If there is a delay and you need your order urgently, please email us at hello@spurteam.com.
Please note that it is almost impossible to get any additional information from either the Royal Mail or a Courier regarding the whereabouts of a delayed order or the estimated time of arrival. Even if there is a tracker, a courier will not provide additional information regarding the status of delivery. Royal Mail will only investigate delays after 12 working days. Couriers will not investigate until 28 days have passed.
Costs of postage and packing are as follows -
It's important for us to say upfront that we don't as a matter of course offer free delivery. We keep our product prices as low as we can so that when we do offer free delivery, it really is free. We don't assume an amount in each product prices to cover postage - it's simple really... if we were to add an amount then that would multiply up for the majority of orders which are for multiple items and, effectively, you would end up overpaying for postage.
UK orders - 2nd class
Up to £2.99, the cost is £0.75.
From £3.00 - £4.99, the cost is £1.29.
From £5.00 - £9.99, the cost is £1.99.
From £10.00 - £17.99, the cost is £2.49
From £18.00 - £39.99, the cost is £2.99.
From £40.00 - £59.99, the cost is FREE.
From £60.00 - Free
UK orders - EXPRESS
Up to £2.99, the cost is £1.25
From £3.00 to £4.99, the cost is £2.99.
From £5.00 - £19.99, the cost is £4.49.
From £20.00 - £39.99, the cost is £4.99.
From £40.00 - £59.99, the cost is £5.99.
From £60.00 - £99.99, the cost is £7.99.
From £100.00 - FREE
